Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting Pun Bible Media.
Eligibility for Refunds
- The posts were put up at the wrong time/later than specified
- There was an error in the posting format
- The post was deleted before the agreed amount of time has passed
- If guarantees were agreed upon ( minimum reach, likes, shares etc.) and these guarantees are not met
- If bulk payment was made and it is decided that we should not continue with the remaining number of posts
- If advance payment was made and it is decided not to post before the posting date
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Post that reached the minimum guaranteed metrics ( Number of likes, shares, views etc.)
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any posts that is taken down by Instagram for violating their community guidelines ( if the asset was submitted by the buyer ). If the asset was created by Punbiblemedia, a full refund will be issued
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your refund is processed, we will send you an email to notify you to that effect.
The refund shall be on the same payment via our payment processor (Stripe) within 24 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
